School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

School Assembly
Date: Every Friday Morning
Time: 9:05am - 9:30am
Our students enjoy welcoming family and friends to our weekly assembly, a special time when we come together to celebrate their achievements. Join us every Friday morning at 9:05 am in the 4/5/6 classroom to share in the excitement and community spirit.
K-3 Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Excursion

We are thrilled to announce an upcoming educational excursion to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! This exciting trip offers our K-3 students a unique chance to explore and learn about a wide variety of wildlife in an engaging, hands-on setting.
Book Parade
Date: Monday 3 August 2026
Time: 9:05am - 9:30am
Your child is invited to celebrate reading by dressing up as their favourite book character. We encourage all students to get creative! We would love for you to join us and watch the students parade their costumes around the school.
Scholastic Book Fair
Date: Monday 3 - Friday 7 August 2026
The Book Fair will be in the classroom next to 4/5/6. There will be a wonderful selection of affordable books, including new releases, popular titles, award winners, and favourite stories featuring characters and topics that children love.
Book Fair Opening Times
- Monday 3 August: 10:00am–12:00pm (following the Book Parade)
- Tuesday 4, Thursday 6 & Friday 7 August: 8:30am - 9:00am & 2:00pm - 2:45 pm
- Wednesday 5 August (Grandparent’s Day): 10:30am - 12:00pm
The Book Fair is a wonderful opportunity to discover books together and encourage your child's love of reading. Every book purchased also benefits our school by helping us purchase new resources for our library and classrooms.
Grandparent's Day

We warmly invite you to join us for our Grandparents Day Celebration as we honour the special role that grandparents and loved ones play in the lives of our students.
Enjoy a wonderful morning of performances, classroom visits, and fellowship as we celebrate together.

Each class has prepared a special item to share.
🏫 Classroom Visits
After the performances, grandparents are invited to visit their grandchild's classroom to see the wonderful learning, creativity, and achievements students have been working on throughout the year.
📚 Book Fair
Our Book Fair will be open from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Grandparents are warmly invited to visit the Book Fair with their grandchildren and enjoy browsing the wonderful selection of books together.
☕ Morning Tea
To conclude our celebration, please join us for a delicious morning tea, generously provided by our P&C. This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, chat, and enjoy time together with family and friends.
