Crystal Creek Public School will be participating in the Murwillumbah Subbranch Anzac Day March and Service this year. This is a great way for students to participate in ANZAC DAY Ceremonies. We encourage all students to attend.
DATE: Thursday 25th April
TIME: 10.00am
WHERE: Murwillumbah Post Office (Look for Mr Davis)
WHO: All students from Kindergarten to Year 6
WHAT TO WEAR: Full school uniform and hat
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle
Schools will be requested to be formed up and ready to march at 10.15 am. The march will commence at 10.30 am; the Parade Marshall will call on the Veterans party to move off. When the main party is moving down Main Street, the Marshall will order the schools to march off as well.
The route for the march is down Main Street to the corner of Ray White Real Estate building where the marchers will proceed to the assembly area under the control of the Parade Marshall.
Students will remain with the teachers for the entirety of the march and ceremony, then be collected by parents at the conclusion of the ceremony.
This is an important opportunity for our students to commemorate those who have served.
